The Strafford community celebrated Indepedence Day Saturday with a parade and myriad activities. For years Bob Bushway and Rod Maclay have been in charge of preparing the Strafford Fire Department's secret barbecue sauce. This year, they passed on the recipe to Amanda Brown. (Herald / Tim Calabro)
